Choosing apartment
All apartments that are represented here are real.
If you wish to take up definite residence you choose,
please inform us first before booking it on a definite
date.
We would advise you to choose 2 or 3 variants. Why?
You see Apartments are constantly used so at least one
of them has to be free to the date of your arrival.
If you don't have the exact date of your visit we cannot
guarantee your settling to the concrete flat of your
choice.
BUT we will settle you into a flat of the same price
level.
Reservation costs
An apartment is considered to be reserved after putting
the deposit in. Deposit is a payment of 1 day presence
in the flat of your choice. You can put a deposit in
via any way suitable to you on the Payments
page..
Deposit is not transferable (can not be paid back)
that is why please ascertain you've bought your tickets
before sending an order for renting the apartment. The
remainder of sum can be paid after your arrival.
Periods of reservation
We accept your order for reservation of certain flat
in advance if you are going to stay there 4 and more
days.
If you are planning to stay for 1,2 or 3 days, we provide
the reservation of certain class apartments that are
available.
In such case you have to put a list of several flats
you chose at our disposal. Then you can put a deposit
in.
You will occupy the flat that will be free for renting
at the period of your trip. In case if all flats from
your list will be occupied, we will accommodate you
in the other flat of the same class, quality and location.
What elements are constituent
parts of rent?
They are all conveniences available in the flat. All
the other services are extra paid.
How to cancel reservation If you make a decision to
cancel reservation of the certain flat, deposit cannot
be annulled.
If you've put the whole sum your prepaid will be paid
you back with the deduction of 1 day of rent (deposit).
The commission for paying back will be at the expense
of customer.
